Remove frozen Raysun IQF Soy Beans. Let thaw at room temperature, about 1 hour. Serve as an appetiser or snack. To eat, open pod with fingers. Remove soy beans from inside, discard pod. Or add thawed, shelled soy beans to tossed green or paste salads, as desired.
